But the Oasis Game its more than a social technique to mobilize communities. Its a leadership training for social entrepreneurs, looking forward to inspire participants to get involved in finding collaborative and creative solutions to deal with the global challenges we are facing.

The Goals for the participants of the Programme are:
- Offer youth from rural areas, a training and experiential opportunity to develop competences of social entrepreneurs in a multicultural environment. A space for knowledge and learnings exchange, to reflect and pass to action, a place to offer solution for current global challenges.
- To make rural youth visible as key agents towards generating social change in a multicultural environment.
- To allow the participants
to experience a dynamic and vibrant way to engage communities in
participatory processes
with the implementation of collaborative solutions, so that they can apply
new practices in their
work and personal lives.
- Encourage participants to
experience and understand the Elos Philosophy and Oasis Game Methodology as an opportunity
to boost local development processes, from a first hands-on practical action.
During the learning-by-doing training
you learn about the Elos philosophy, are coached to gain the attitude of
community action, learn to use tools for community-building, co-creative design
and playfull ways of engaging the community and get more familiar with using
the steps of the methodology to realize community dreams.
